By browsing, accessing, or placing orders through topgizmos (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, alongside our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions stated herein, you must discontinue use of this platform immediately.

02. User Accounts & Security

When creating an account on topgizmos, you must supply accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information or violate security standards.

03. Product Specifications & 3D Interactive Previews

We strive to represent our high-fidelity speakers, cinema projection matrices, and signal cables with mathematical precision. Interactive 3D WebGL renders and specifications are provided as high-accuracy representations; slight cosmetic variations in anodized finishes, timber veneers, or optical coatings may occur.

04. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

All prices displayed on topgizmos are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and include applicable statutory Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct accidental typographical pricing errors and will notify purchasers prior to order processing in such instances.

05. Freight, Insurance & Specialized Logistics

High-end audio-visual equipment, laser cinema projectors, and floorstanding loudspeaker pairs require specialized, shock-absorbent freight handling. All shipments dispatched by topgizmos are fully insured in transit until signed delivery confirmation.

06. Official Manufacturer Warranties

Every product sold on topgizmos is 100% authentic and comes backed by the official manufacturer warranty from authorized brand distribution networks (*Fyne Audio, Dali, SVS, Klipsch, Yamaha, Anthem, Marantz, AudioQuest, etc.*).

Warranty coverage terms, durations (typically 1 to 5 years), and service conditions are administered directly in accordance with the manufacturer's global warranty schedule.

07. Returns, Replacements & Dead-On-Arrival (DOA)

We maintain an uncompromising commitment to customer satisfaction. If any gear arrives damaged in transit or exhibits a Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) defect within 7 days of delivery, topgizmos will arrange complimentary reverse pickup and direct replacement.

Due to the sensitive nature of audiophile transducers and precision optical lenses, items returned for exchange must include all original packaging, flight cases, calibration microphones, and accessories.

08. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All brand logos, trademarks, 3D model assets, kinetic typography layouts, and audio design graphics featured on topgizmos are the exclusive property of their respective owners and topgizmos Ltd.

09. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
